Healthy Habits for More Restful Sleep

You deserve quality rest.

Establish a schedule

While it may feel hard at first, going to sleep and waking up at the same time each day can help regulate your body.

Unplug from devices

Take a step towards deep rest by disconnecting from blue light (from your phone, laptop or TV) earlier in the night.

Watch what you eat

Try to avoid large meals, caffeine and alcohol close to bedtime. If you need a warm drink, opt for herbal tea!
