Wil was a great guy and one hell of a Fireman. We worked together at 61’s and had a lot of laughs especially playing “short court”
For dishes.
Rest in peace my friend. You will be missed.
Rick Hunter says
Wil was my good buddy at Fire Station 80 and was a hard worker, he would get on the PA and make sure all firefighters are doing their respective housework, then he would go and check up on them, and if it wasn’t being done properly he would give them a tongue lashing that you could hear thru out the whole station. We nicknamed him the “COMMANDANT”and of course he loved that. He was an outstanding Firefighter, my really good friend, and he had the most infectious laugh. Rest In Peace my Brother.

Will worked at 95s and 80s when I did, he was always on top of the work for the day….a great leader in the station. Off duty he was a fun loyal friend, visited him several times in Las Vegas, last time this November
at the VA hospital in Vegas. There were six of us and I know he appreciated us being there. Rest in peace
brother we had some good times.
