I worked with Ruben at old 4’s back in the 1980’s.
A good fireman, quiet and respectful.
R.I.P. Ruben and condolences to your family.

So sad to hear of Ruben’s passing, way too young. Ruben came to 10’s as a rookie. In his quiet way, he was soon a solid and dependable fireman. I had a lot of good times with him through the years on our F.D. softball team. May God bless Frank and the entire De La Rosa family in their time of grief.

Rubin was one of a great crew at FS-1-A in the mid ‘80’s. As a new TFC, Rubin helped make my job easier and for things to operate smoothly. Always a Positive attitude and a winning Smile. Sorry to see him pass so soon, too soon. Blessing upon you.

Sorry to hear of my lil’ brother Rubin. We worked together at old 4’s, he was the rookie there. He would always lose a soda to me on questions I would ask him during that time. So he ended up just have one or two in the refer for me for the day. If I remember , and correct me if I am wrong, 4’s was his last house on probation and he stay there his whole career. Love the guy and he will be missed. I know his work in Mexico had a great impact there and it was because of him. Rest in peace you are missed..
