Atwater, Ca Members of the LAFD’s Swift Water Rescue Team carry an injured homeless woman up a concrete embankment to a waiting ambilance. The woman spent a few hours stranded when high water from todays storm stranded in the trees on a small island they were living on. She was taken to Ciunty USC hospitak with hyperthermia, ciu6ts and bruses. her husband had been rescure an hour earlier.
