Gary Riggs was an Excellent Engineer and Christian Gentleman. Gary mentored me as a young firefighter candidate. I would run to FS 98’s with my infant son in a chest harness (now 41) and review tools, inventory, and do practice interviews with the Captains and crew. Gary was an elder at Grace Community Church where we attended our young married classes and church. My Condolences to the Riggs Family.
