I worked with Gordon for a couple of years at Fire Station 13. Always a gentleman, a caring and kind man.

I grew up in the same neighborhood as the Jensen’s. My brother and sister were in the same grade as Karla Jensen at St. Bridget. I barely new Mr. Jensen, I just knew he worked for the LAFD. Years later I got to work with him on a SOD day at 13’s. It’s a funny feeling talking to someone who was Mr. Jensen and now he wants me to call him Gordon. It was a great day and we we did a lot of catching up about the old neighborhood.
My condolences to the Jensen family.
Bob Munoa says
I worked with Gordon in Battalion 2. Always a gentleman and a pleasure to work with.
Robert McMaster says
Gordon transferred into F.S. 84 shortly after I made Captain in 1988. He was a quiet, soft spoken man and he was an excellent Engineer, I will always remember how he made our 84 Seagrave sing as we traveled through the narrow streets and roads of Woodland Hills. It was as if the apparatus had an automatic transmission. After dinner the crew would play a couple of games of horseshoes. Great Times! My condolences to Gordie’s Family. Thanks for the memories Gordon, Rest in peace my friend.
