I was a rookie firefighter at 3’s when I met Glen. He treated me like I was one of the guys. Later I got to ride the salvage with him and he taught me quite a bit about the job. After I made Captain I got to work with him on a SOD day at fire station 42. Again, even with his time over me he treated me with respect for my rank. Class act.
