I am a former E.M.T. who worked at the White Memorial Medical Center in Boyle Heights. I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Frank and seeing him almost every day, while he made his runs at Station 2. Every memory of Frank was always a positive one. Frank displayed such compassion and professionalism for his partners, his patients and the community.

Frank will forever be remembered, cherished, respected and loved. I last ran into Frank, while he and the crew from Station 44 were responding to a call at Nightingale Jr. High in Cypress Park. Frank was still the same wonderful person he had always been, since meeting him back in 2001. I’m blessed to have had the opportunity to have seen him once again, after all those years.
May our Lord in heaven give his family strength and may our dearest “Pancho” rest in peace.
