I worked with Bud at 11’s in 1978 during my rookie year, great Engineer, gave me a word of advice not to depend on SOD for day to day living & expenses as it will come and go…as we have all seen over the years, great sence of humor and a pretty darn good golfer!
…God now gets to hear his stories, By Bud
I worked with Bud at 11’s from late 70’s thru early 80’s.
A truly competent engineer, and a hard worker. The “Bull Engineer” at that assignment. A great teacher of the art of pumping water in a very busy district. My prayers go out to his family, RIP my friend.
Bud was a Fireman at 9’s when I came on the job in 1974. He was promoted to Engineer shortly thereafter and went to 11’s. He earned my respect early on as I heard many stories of his driving and pumping abilities. His house, next to Woodland Hills Country Club, was a beauty. An excellent Fireman, Engineer, golfer and man. May he rest peacefully.
